EXPERIENCE LUCID DREAMS IN 12 HOURS THIS WAY - LUCID DREAM TUTORIALS

LUCID DREAM TUTORIALS

bed, sleep, lucid dreams

lucid dream or conscious dream is a state where we are aware when we are dreaming. Lucid dream can be intentionally through several methods or accidentally.

the following lucid dream tutorial for you who want lucid dream

1. Using the WILD (Wake Included Lucid Dream) technique
is a technique carried out with the 'awareness' of the person to enter the lucid phase. Or in other words we don't sleep but are awake, only our body will sleep but our brain does not go through the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) and Sleep Paralyze phases that will connect you to the dream world.
the way is like this:
a. Relax, and plant firmly before going to sleep that 'I will do lucid dreaming'.
b. Close your eyes, visualize things that do not require high imagination or emotions (such as color gradations, galaxy images, etc.). Keep trying yourself to stay awake and not get carried away into deep sleep.
c. Enjoy all phases that are felt, whether it's vibration / pull / etc. Never rebel when this phase occurs.
d. You will soon enter the sleep paralyze phase, the most important thing is not to bring up your fear in the slightest here. This is the phase where you seem to wake up, but you can't move your limbs. in some areas this term is called ereup ereup ereup.
e. When you realize you are in SP / sleep paralys and BB / black blank, visualize, imagine a gate leading to the world of the lucid dream where you spawn, the gate can be a black hole that immediately appears below you so you will immediately fall into it and will fall in your spawn
f. when you are at your spawn don't forget RC / Reality Check (you can count your fingers, or pinch your cheeks / hands, if you are in a dream you will find some oddities like your fingers there are many and or not hurt when your cheeks you pinched.
Note; * In the WILD technique Not everyone will experience sleep paralys, it depends on how the physical / imagination conditions exist in your brain.

2. Using the FILD (Finger Included Lucid Dream) technique
is a technique invented by a member of DreamViews named Hargarts. This technique is done with the help of finger movements which will help us to enter the lucid phase.
the way is like this:
a. Set the alarm about 2-3 hours after you fall asleep, then wake up.
b. Try to relax, close your eyes.
c. Now move your fingers (index & middle fingers) up and down as if you were playing the piano. Do it slowly without releasing excess energy.
d. After about 20-30 seconds, do a reality check by way of nose plugging (closing the nostrils), if you can breathe, then you have entered into the world of Lucid. But if you fail, try to sleep for a few minutes first, then repeat this method from the beginning.

3. CILD (Chakra Induced Lucid Dream), is a technique that uses the help of the Third Eye Chakra to reach the lucid dream phase. The position of the third eye is between the eyebrows.
the way is like this:
a. Position your eyes to the Third Eye, pay close attention, hold your eye position and close it.
b. After closing your self confirm that I will do lucid dreaming, then visualize yourself in the lucid phase.
c. If after about 3 minutes you haven't slept, open your eyes, return to normal position and try going back to sleep.
P.S: This technique is not necessarily suitable for everyone, if you feel uncomfortable, please do not do it.

4. EILD (Electrical / External Induced Lucid Dreams), is a technique that uses external aids to reach the lucid dream phase. Examples such as Googles Nova Dreamer, Vibrating Watch, Brainwaves, and other induction programs / tools.

5. DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dreams), is a technique that uses self-sensitivity to dreams to reach the lucid dream phase. Or in other words when you are dreaming, you realize this is a dream, and with the desire for a lucid dream, you will enter and be able to do dream bending.
the way is like this:
1. Intend yourself to do a lucid dream, then do sleep normally.
2. Always think critically and logically. So when you are dreaming that an irrational thing (like meeting someone who has died / talking to another creature), you will immediately wake up and say, "This is a dream!", Then try to move your limbs.
* Alternative:
1. Get used to doing Reality Check, because RC is one of the big causes of lucid dream. Especially when you wake up or when you are in bed, this is done to minimize the occurrence of false awakening.
2. Make a sign, generally in the form of a letter / word stroke on a limb (arm) using a pen / pisdol. Continue to always remember these signs, instill into your memory that "If I dream this sign will always appear". If subconscious communication is successful, surely you will be able to find the sign when in a dream.

6. DEILD (Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dreams), is a technique that uses self-awareness in the REM phase to reach the lucid dreaming phase.
the way is like this:
1. Intend yourself to do a lucid dream, then do sleep normally. (before making sure those who want to use this technique already have a pretty good dream recall)
2. This technique is based on the REM phase, when you dream you are in one of the REM phase turns. So try to wake up when the REM / dream phase is over, but if you find it difficult to set the alarm / Lucid Timer about 3-4 hours after you sleep. (try to use a soft sound reminder / alarm [don't forget also the alarm set will turn off automatically after 1-2 minutes])
3. When this soft alarm sounds you will be in the position 'between wake up and not'. But remember, don't do any moves! This is intended so that the body can still return to the REM phase with awareness, or in other words enter the dream consciously and you will be able to do a lucid dream.
4. Enjoy all the phases felt, because this technique generally also passes through sleep paralyze but in a shorter time. This technique can also be called 'Short WILD'.

7. MILD (Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dreams), is a technique invented by Dr. Stephen LeBerge. This technique is done with the help of affirmations and dreams that have previously occurred.
the way is like this:

1. Intend yourself to do a lucid dream, then do sleep normally. (before making sure those who want to use this technique already have a pretty good dream recall)
2. Before falling asleep, instill confidence in the subconscious mind that later when you dream you will wake up quickly and remember all the details and dream sign dreams. (You can also set an alarm 4 - 4.5 hours after we sleep)
3, After awakening, immediately record the dream you had experienced in a book (Dream Journal), try to make a dream recall as well as possible.
4. Try to go back to sleep, visualize the dream in detail, and try to re-enter the dream to 'continue' the dream that you have experienced. Mention constantly in the heart: "When I dream, I will wake up, and I will do lucid dreaming."
5. Remember, always aware of all dream signs and reality checks.
5. Welcome to the dream world!

* NOTE: All of the above induction techniques are recommended using WBTB.

A.1. WBTB (Wake Back To Bed), in its application WBTB can be done to optimize all the lucid dreaming techniques. This technique requires you to sleep beforehand, and after 3-4 hours wake up briefly, drink a glass of water. Then continue your sleep using the induction techniques you want, try to try one by one the above mentioned techniques and if you are not able to keep your spirits up and keep practicing!
